HOW WE BECAME THE 'TWO SUPER IDIOTS'
Back in the year 2000, Maris was going about his exciting new Job, and there was this new boy started, he was a skinny kid!, he was filling up the Bananas! But anyway, I got to know him, he was cool and he had a wicked sense of Humor, soon we became best friends and were always causing mischief and playing some of the greatest practical jokes on people you ever saw! Well, a few years Down the line, Maris went out and bought his first Brand new 8 mm camcorder, as he had always been given old used ones as a kid and made many small films and skits, all very low budget of course! So, he got his first camcorder and he teamed up with Tapass and they both came up with some ideas to film, like back flipping through a mountain of boxes, or head butting a bus stop and getting yelled at by a home owner nearby! Then, shortly after that, Tapass took a chance and went out with his Wife, and purchased a new laptop and a state of the art Digital DV camcorder and went on to explain to Maris, who had never even seen a computer before, let alone tried to turn one on, that the possibility’s with a Digital camcorder used with a computer’s editing software could create incredible movies!
So, In the Small dark damp bedsit Tapass used to live in with his wife in Well Hall, South East London England, they both started to experiment and test this new equipment, and our first film was both of us standing in front of the camcorder in silence doing some basic acting, we managed to get the digital footage onto the computer, we Edited it by cutting out bits of film that we didn’t want to keep, we put a music clip over it and put in titles for effects, it took us both 5 hours to create a finished product, but it was worth the effort, and we both laughed so hard at what we had created!
We Both felt like Big Hollywood stars now! And decided to give ourselves screen names! We called ourselves Tapass and Maris, of SKIT HEADS. We had spent a lot of time considering different names for what we wanted to be called, we had some names such as ‘CUNTS AND STUNTS’ but we thought SKIT, as that’s what were making, and HEADS as we put ours together to come up with our videos.
